Suppose you are working on a project and you are publishing same type of modules at same position and with same title but with different content on different pages or on same page. Later on if a situation arrives where you need to edit a particular module. How will you identify a particular module if there are so many modules with same name, type and position etc?
Obviously you can't remember id to fix this. If you are going to open and check modules one by one, again it is going to be a lengthy process. So how can you sort out this problem?
Solution : Using Notes. Whenever you are creating any module you have an optional field Note which you can select to write down some note of that particular module like on which page it will render or any difference maker point to identify that module. Now how is it going to help?
Well after saving the module when you will see the module list it will show that note beneath the title of the module. Isn't it really helpful?
